Cyclone flotation separation equipment
The cyclone flotation separation equipment is to discharge the scum through discharging pipe which is being gathered at center of floating surface by injection of pressured swirling water into circled flotation equipment and is to make common deposition of slurry which is being floating in the deposition equipment with swirling water and is being precipitated.
The cyclone flotation separation equipment has high speed of floating because buoyancy is being increased by centrifugal force of swirling water inside of the equipment, and has minimized facilities with its efficiency due to none of dead space in the flotation equipment, and also has economic efficiency with simple equipment and high speed of sludge collection and lower sedimentation rate by gathering reaction of scum into the center of circle.

Wet waste dryer
⣠Process
- Sludge(Cake)→Hopper→ Slurry pump
→ Transfer by electric dry equipment (Conveyor belt type)
- Sludge is being put between 2 electrodes which are being faced each other on the dry equipment → Alternating current (AC) is getting throughout sludge → Electric energy shall be changed to heat energy → Increased temperature of sludge → Boiling of moisture inside of sludge → Effusion of water vapor → Dry out because porous space are being made inside of sludge.
- Grinding of dried substance → Put it through additional dryer → Completed dry
⣠Benefits of the heating method by transferring current
- Most of used electric energy is being transferred to heat in the dried substance
→ Higher efficiency of energy transfer rather than current method of external heat transfer
- Produce porous dried substance which is easy to dry additionally.
- Higher economic efficiency due to simple equipment
